Job Description
· Proven experience as a Performance Tester, specifically using NeoLoad, in a fast-paced software development environment.
· In-depth knowledge of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
· Strong proficiency in scripting with NeoLoad, including creating custom scripts, parameterization, correlation, and workload modeling.
· Experience in analyzing and interpreting performance test results and generating comprehensive performance test reports.
· Familiarity with performance profiling and monitoring tools to identify system bottlenecks and performance metrics.
· Solid understanding of web technologies, client-server architecture, and API testing.
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues and provide recommendations for optimization.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present performance testing.
· Relevant certifications in performance testing (e.g., Certified NeoLoad Professional) are highly desirable.

Role & responsibilities
· Lead the performance testing efforts for software applications using NeoLoad, from test planning to test execution and reporting.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to understand performance requirements and define test objectives.
· Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad based on performance requirements and application architecture.
· Execute performance tests, monitor system behavior, and analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and areas for optimization.
· Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues, work closely with development teams to resolve them, and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
· Define and implement performance test strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure effective and efficient testing processes.
· Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in performance testing tools, methodologies, and technologies, and proactively introduce relevant improvements to enhance testing capabilities.
